Hereafter, Cupix, Inc. will be referred to as, “we”, “us”, “our” and “our services”. You as the client will hereafter be referred to as “you” and “your”. "Personal data" means any information related to a natural person or Data Subject that can be used to directly or indirectly identify the person.

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), we are the Data Controller, that determines the purposes, conditions, and means of the processing of personal data.

When ordering, registering or using our Services, as appropriate you will directly provide or submit information to us. Registration and payment information includes, for example:

  • Billing information such as billing address or credit card information

  • Your contact information such as your e-mail address or mailing address

  • All content that you create, share or upload on our Server during the course of registration and payment activities

1.2 Your Content

As described in our "Terms of Service", Your Content such as 360-degree photos, designs, models, data sets, images and documents will be submitted or uploaded to our cloud server in the course of engaging with our Services. Photos or any similar materials may include incidental personal information. We do not use this personal information for any purpose other than providing our Services that you signed up for. However, this information may be publicly displayed if you choose to publish the Results which may be created from our Services. If you do not want to publicly display personal information within these photos, you should not publish the Results containing these photos. You may also choose to disable or hide any photos containing personal information before you publish the Results to keep them from being publicly displayed.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

When you use our Services, we automatically collect certain information about you through the Services, such as:

  • Your internet protocol (IP) address, URL and location

  • The date and time associated with transactions

  • Metadata concerning photos you have uploaded

  • Other interactions with the Services regarding your activities, (such as the links you click and pages you view), within the Services and other standard server-log information

2. The Purposes of Processing Your Information

We will use your information which may include Personal Data we collect to provide and improve our Services. Examples of such use include:

  • Develop and improve the Services

  • Understand your needs and interests to provide personalized Services

  • Administer your use of the Services and process your transactions and billing

  • Enhance the security and safety of the Services by identifying and authenticating “You”

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers’ database, only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems and who are required to keep the information confidential.

5. Transferring Data Internationally

Our headquarter is based in South Korea and operates the Cloud Services using Amazon Web Service. Your Personal Data will be stored in its one of data centers in the United States while other Your Content including photos that you submit to our Cloud Services will be stored in the nearest international Amazon Web Service Region to the address that you provided us.

In order to execute our Services, your Personal Data may be transferred to, stored at or processed in other countries, including the United States, Singapore, Australia, and United Kingdom, and other countries, which may not have equivalent privacy or data protection laws. However, regardless of where your Personal Data is transferred, we will protect it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

By dealing with us and submitting your Personal Data, you agree to the transfer, storage, and/or processing of your Personal Data.

6. Data Retention

We use physical, technical, organizational, and administrative safeguards to help protect your Personal Information from unauthorized access or loss. For example, we use technology like encryption to protect sensitive Personal Information (such as your account number) during transmission. We will retain your Personal Information for as long as you have your account with us, or as long as is needed for us to be able to provide the agreed Services to you.

Our general retention policy is to retain information for 6 years.

8. Korean Personal Information Protection Act Compliance

We value your personal information and we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act. In accordance with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act, you may access, modify or delete your personal information that you have uploaded to Our Server by logging into Our Server or mobile applications and clicking the ‘Setting’ page. Changes you make to your personal information in the Services take immediate effect.

9. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA, (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), and we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our Services are all directed to persons who are at least 13 years of age or older. If we detect that any personal information of children under 13 years of age has been collected without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will take the proper steps to delete the information.

If you are a citizen of the European Union, you are entitled to the following rights:
