This is a ballpark estimate and the actual capacity you need will vary. The storage in use is counted by adding up the size of files you upload across all 3D tours. It will include 360° photos or 360° videos to create 3D tours and asset files, but doesn't include any files or data generated as the result of 3D tour processing. To be completely fair, deleted 3D tours will not be counted to the capacity limit.

A workspace is a folder holding 3D tours. Branding and collaborators' access permissions can be set for each workspace. You can deactivate and reactivate workspaces at any time, and deactivated workspaces will not be charged.

When a 3D tour is older than 12 months, only 10% of its actual file size will be counted against the capacity plan.
